A Note About Our Recovery Art Groups
Our community-based art groups are led by art educators with lived experience in recovery. We create welcoming spaces for creativity, self-expression, connection, and exploration. While making art together can support emotional well-being and may have therapeutic benefits, our groups are not art therapy and are not a substitute for mental health treatment. We are here as educators and community members—not as therapists—to share the creative process and build connection through art.
Collaborative Murals
Brighten up your space with art! This community project allows participants to co-design with the artist, learn basic painting techniques and complete a colorful mural. No experience necessary.
